Every soap bar at Hand Pour Heaven is lovingly crafted in small batches using 100% vegan and natural ingredients. Because of the artisanal nature of our products, we take extra care to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

We prepare and pack your order with love and care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

During holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

– Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

– Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

– International Shipping: Currently unavailable, but we’re working on it!

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts). A little gift from us to you!
